Phone Calls

Our phone hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays. If we miss your call, please leave a detailed message, and we will return your call as soon as possible. In the event that calls become frequent or lengthy, we may suggest scheduling an earlier appointment to better address your needs.

For emergencies, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things come up, and life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for 24-48 hours’ notice.
